What keeps you coming in to work every day?

Not everyone can answer this question without hesitating. For me, it’s easy. I love starting with an idea — my client’s idea — and making it a reality.

That’s why I’ve stayed in this business for more than 30 years. Whether you’re a property owner/landlord, or a merchant/restaurant owner — this is the commitment I will bring to your company.

I’ve never been one for “resume building,” but I’m pretty proud of the way mine has turned out. Over the years I’ve been fortunate enough to work for three of the largest shopping center owners and developers in the country — General Growth Properties, the Rouse Company and CBL Properties — and own my own business — Brower Real Estate Services.

During my career, I’ve done deals in 27 states and worked on more than 80 different high-profile projects. Many were some of the finest retail centers in the country, including Fashion Show in Las Vegas, Faneuil Hall in Boston, Riverwalk in New Orleans, and South Street Seaport in New York. Other notable projects include Jordan Creek Town Center in Des Moines, Union Station in St. Louis, and Mall Del Norte in Laredo.

I have completed deals with a wide variety of merchants and retailers. Here are some examples: anchors including Super Target, Bealls, Stage, Drury Inn and numerous theater operators; restaurants like Bonefish Grill, Luciano’s and Panera Bread; fast-food operators including Subway and Taco John’s; jewelers such as Helzberg, Josephs, Kay and Pandora; ready-to-wear stores including Francesca’s, Benetton and Buckle; shoe stores including Tradehome Shoes and Aldo; and other key retailers like Victoria’s Secret, Bare Escentuals and Sephora.

So if seeing a new store open in the right place, at the right time, and targeting the right customers is one of the things that keeps you coming into work every day, let’s talk.
